Return Process

This page contains a form that will request a return of a product bought through huion.uk.

Please do not complete this form if you did not buy your Huion product from huion.uk.

It is very important to provide as much information about your return as possible as this speeds up the process. Lacking information could cause delays in processing the refund. The following information is critical:

  • Order Number
  • Serial Number (found under the barcode of the box)
  • Photo or video proof in case of a failure
  • Description of the failure or reason for return
  • Requested action, your preferred outcome of the return

Once submitted this page will show a short confirmation message, we will then review your request and upon approval provide you with a return label by email for the shipment of the return.

Please tape the label to the package, if possible provide some protection to the label to prevent smudging of the ink or tearing of the paper. You can drop off the package at any post office. If you are provided with any sort of confirmation or track & trace of the return please submit this to us by email.

We test every product before we process a refund.

Shipping

We ship all our our orders from our UK warehouse. Depending on direct availability, we deliver to all of the UK within 2 working days. Check the product page to be sure of the expected delivery date.

If you placed your order before 11-04-2021 there is a possibility it was shipped from the Netherlands. If this results in any customs charges we will cover them afterwards. Please process the payment for the charges yourself to release the parcel from customs and send us the receipt. We will then process a partial refund of your purchase amount equal to the customs charges.

Returns and Refunds

There is always a possibility that you may want to return your purchase. Please contact us to start the return process. There are two possible reasons for a return:

  • Every online customer has the right to return their purchase within 14 days of the product's arrival. When you contact us about your return, please provide the date of delivery.
  • Every product purchased through Huion.uk has a two year warranty. If your product breaks down while you still have warranty, please contact us for a solution. This can be a return of the product.

After contacting us, we will determine the next action. If your return request is within the first 14 days, you will receive a form from us to complete your request. If your product has technical problems, we will first try to help you solve the problems. If this is not possible we will provide you with a form to complete your return request.

After approval, we will send you a label for the return of the package. Please follow the instructions for both the form and the label to avoid any delay in the process.

If you are returning your purchase within the first 14 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

On arrival of the return, we will in all cases test the product before processing any refund or replacement.
