We ship all our our orders from our UK warehouse. Depending on direct availability, we deliver to all of the UK within 2 working days. Check the product page to be sure of the expected delivery date.
If you placed your order before 11-04-2021 there is a possibility it was shipped from the Netherlands. If this results in any customs charges we will cover them afterwards. Please process the payment for the charges yourself to release the parcel from customs and send us the receipt. We will then process a partial refund of your purchase amount equal to the customs charges.
There is always a possibility that you may want to return your purchase. Please contact us to start the return process. There are two possible reasons for a return:
After contacting us, we will determine the next action. If your return request is within the first 14 days, you will receive a form from us to complete your request. If your product has technical problems, we will first try to help you solve the problems. If this is not possible we will provide you with a form to complete your return request.
After approval, we will send you a label for the return of the package. Please follow the instructions for both the form and the label to avoid any delay in the process.
If you are returning your purchase within the first 14 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
On arrival of the return, we will in all cases test the product before processing any refund or replacement.
